Springfield Lakes is 28km south west of Brisbane and forms part of a 2580 hectare site, being Australia's largest master planned community. The current population is over 8,500, which is expected to grow to 30,000 by 2020.
Morrison Geotechnic Pty Ltd is providing Geo-engineering and Geotechnical Testing services to Delfin for this project.
Our work includes:-
- • The provision of geotechnical engineering advice and design recommendations for all aspects of residential land development, including roads, in-ground services, drainage and waterways.
- • Quality assurance and control (QA/QC) testing and supervision of all development earthworks.
- • Investigation, analysis and design advice for numerous 2 to 3 storey commercial and educational buildings associated with the commercial and retail precincts and schools.
