Lendlease Kinma Valley is a large scale residential subdivision and one of the major residential subdivisions in SEQ located in north Brisbane, it is set to be home to over 6,500 residents. Morrisons has carried out numerous geotechnical investigations for the site including service alignments and pavement investigations. Morrisons is also engaged as the independent third party peer review for the initial stages of the bulk earthworks.
